This popular combination of caramel, cashews and chocolate has been Birnn Chocolates’ best selling confection since the company opened it’s doors in 1932. In all this time, the recipe has not changed at all. Cashew caramels are made with either dry roasted cashews or dry roasted almonds and are coated with either milk or dark chocolate. There are about 24 pieces per lb.
